GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about
reports & job results.

Contact us
Are recorded receipts the same as bank revenue?

No. Net recorded receipts total successful payment records less recorded refunds. They can include manually entered, imported, or sandbox activity. Processor fees are not deducted, and these figures are not reconciled with your bank account.

How is recorded job profit calculated?

It subtracts the labor, supplies, travel, and other costs you enter from the billed amount you enter. Completed comparisons need actual hours, costs, a billed amount, and a usable saved estimate. Missing actuals are not treated as zero.

Which dates do reports use?

Reports use UTC and USD. Quotes use their creation date and current outcome; payments and refunds use their recorded date; completed jobs use their completion date. Outstanding invoices reflect current balances, so changes to records can update earlier results.
