What we store

DetailMetrik stores the business profile, customer and vehicle records, quotes, bookings, invoices, recorded payments, message history, follow-ups, feedback, and settings you create so the workspace can provide its core features.

How we use it

Your records are used to operate the product, provide your business history, secure customer-facing links, diagnose reliability problems, and improve the service. We do not sell your customer information.

Customer information you enter

You control the customer information entered into your workspace and remain responsible for having a lawful business reason to store and contact those customers. Do not enter payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data into notes or form fields.

Access and security

Workspace records are scoped to the signed-in account that created them. Public quote, booking, and invoice pages use unguessable links. You are responsible for protecting account access and replacing a public link if it was shared with the wrong person.

Service providers and payment links

DetailMetrik relies on hosting, account-access, email, and Square to operate. Square checkout and payment activity are completed on Square’s services under its own privacy terms. DetailMetrik does not ask you to store payment-card numbers in the workspace.

Retention, export, and deletion

Records remain in the workspace until you update or delete the workspace. Settings provides a portable backup and a permanent workspace-deletion control. Deleting a workspace removes its DetailMetrik records but does not delete the separate account used to sign in.

Policy changes

Product behavior and this policy may change as the service evolves. Material changes will appear with a new updated date and may require renewed acceptance.
