Service scope

DetailMetrik provides the features described for each available plan. Email/password and Google sign-in are active; Square checkout, subscriptions, and transactional email require their verified connections. Paid activation and higher-tier capability depend on the availability disclosed on Pricing.

Using the product

DetailMetrik provides business-management tools and pricing estimates. You remain responsible for your pricing decisions, customer agreements, taxes, services, and business operations.

Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for permission to store customer information. Do not access another business’s workspace, misuse customer-facing links, disrupt the service, or use DetailMetrik for unlawful or deceptive activity.

Pricing and calculations

Profit Guard and reports are decision-support estimates based on the prices, labor, costs, taxes, and targets you provide. They are not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Review every quote and invoice before sharing it.

Payments and communication

Hosted checkout links and messages sent through another provider remain subject to that provider’s terms. Until a connection is explicitly active, a prepared message is not delivered and a manual payment record is not independent proof of a processor transaction.

Availability and backups

We aim to keep DetailMetrik reliable, but online availability is not guaranteed. Keep a current workspace backup of records essential to your business.

Account access and subscriptions

You may download a backup and delete workspace records from Settings. Deleting a workspace is not a subscription cancellation. Existing account grants do not authorize automatic charges. Renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and additional-usage terms require confirmation before paid activation.
